The environment is healthy and neat, the atmosphere relaxed and the clientele rather composite, as not everyone is on a diet: some of the guests need to follow specific diets but others simply want to have a break, to release built up stress and get back into shape.
In the Beauty area, in addition to classic beauty treatments like solarium and jacuzzi, we now have something new: a "Clouds Bath"...You feel like floating on a cloud... after a while memories and sensations emerge from the deep, bringing you back to a prenatal phase in your mother's womb, as you dream of flying, weightless.
Your muscles relax completely, the spine stretches, the mind empties and the whole body abandons itself to the beneficial action of hay, mud, apples, oil - milk (Poppea's bath), simply to RELAX.

Access to our fitness centre is free: here you'll find a "Technogym" equipped with spin-trainer for winter cycle training. The well being of body and mind is taken care of in the relax area, offering:
a Calidarium (hot steaming bath scented with natural essences), Kneipp bath, revitalizing "Ninfea bath" with cold misty shower, hot rain scented with tropical Maracuja and revitalizing water massage, Finnish sauna; there is also a special herbal tea corner with comfortable deck chairs. Lastly, you can make a dive in our heated swimming pool, looking onto the garden and complete with jacuzzi and countercurrent swimming |
